I'd never made hummus before.
So I found a recipe on FoodNetwork.com. Here.
It was a bit lemon-y, but still delicious!
I used it on a sandwich.
Turkey, hummus, fresh picked basil, dijon mustard. Yum.
So tell me: Do you make hummus? What recipe do you use?
I've thrown in cooked barley with the chickpeas to make a complete protein.
